We supply mats and props but feel free to bring your own mat. You can also bring a water bottle, face towel, an open mind and a positive attitude!
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing in breathable or quick-dry fabrics (nothing too loose-fitting as you don’t want to trip). Examples of suitable clothing are:
Try to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to allow yourself time to sign in at the registration desk, store away your personal belongings and settle into your space.
If you need to leave class early, allow yourself some time in Savasana (Relaxation/Corpse pose) before you go – at least 2 minutes, preferably longer. It is beneficial and highly recommended that you allow your nervous system this well needed time to balance and assimilate the posture work you have been doing.
