Introduction to Adjusting
This workshop segment helped us develop skills when adjusting students. We had an in depth anatomical look at the spine and a look into how to adjust some of the most common asana’s for the different body types. This workshop was recommended for teachers and students who wished to further their understanding of the body.

“A yoga workshop is designed to build confidence, depth and understanding of yoga no matter how limited your knowledge may be. When you come along the key is to keep and open mind and do not worry if you are not able to do everything. We are all students on this path called yoga. I look forward to seeing you there!”
